Whether you need a quick summary, a detailed technical breakdown, or a specific persona, this feature ensures the AI generated responses align perfectly with your current task. You can toggle between optimized presets or create AI styles that are uniquely yours.
How to Change Response Styles
Adjusting the tone of your conversation is simple and can be done on the fly:
- Go to Chat: Navigate to the query input area of your AI Copilot.
- Find the Menu: Look for the shortcuts menu located just below the query box.
- Select Style: Click on "Response Styles" to open the selection menu.
- Pick Your Tone: Choose from the list of available AI styles to instantly change how the AI responds.
Available Presets
We provide a curated selection of the best AI presets designed for common workflows. These include modes like Balanced for everyday chat, Brief for quick facts, Detailed for deep dives, and Professional for business correspondence. Each AI style tunes the underlying model to deliver the right level of depth and formality for your specific AI use cases.
Custom Styles
Need something specific? Take control with Custom AI styles. This feature allows you to define your own AI personality or formatting rules. By providing specific AI instructions, such as "always answer in bullet points" or "explain like I'm five", you ensure the AI chat behaves exactly the way you want it to.
How to Create a Custom Style
- Open Creator: Click the "Create Custom Styles" button within the style menu.
- Name It: Give your style a unique, recognizable name.
- Define It: Enter your custom AI instructions to set the tone, format, and behavior.
- Save & Use: Click "Create" to save your new AI style. You can now apply this custom voice to any conversation instantly.
