Overview

The Workspace feature allows you to seamlessly move your AI-generated content into an editable document area—so you can refine, polish, and export your work without leaving the platform.

Workspace acts as an integrated writing and editing environment. It's designed for users who want to go beyond just getting responses from the AI—they want to organize, revise, and finalize them in one place.

Once a response is generated, you can push it to Workspace with a single click. This opens the content in a document editor where you can make inline edits, structure your sections, and turn rough ideas into ready-to-use material.

How It Works

• Inline Editing: Directly edit the content like you would in a document editor.
• AI-Assisted Commands: Highlight text to rewrite, summarize, expand, or refine tone using smart tools.
• Organize & Format: Structure your response with headings, paragraphs, bullet points, and more—just like you use Microsoft Word document.
• Export Your Work: Once you're done, export the document in multiple formats like PDF, Word, Plain Text or HTML.

How to Use

• Click the Push to Workspace button on any chat response

• Once in Workspace:

  • To edit or modify content, simply select the desired text and enter your prompt in the popup query box.
  • Use formatting tools to structure content.

• To insert a new section and explore AI-assisted tools, press Ctrl+I.

• You can either export your work or save it to your account for future access.
• To export, click the three dots in the top right corner and select your desired file format.
• To save, choose an existing folder or create a new one, enter a file name, and click save.

Access Auto Saved Workspace Files

• Navigate to the left sidebar
• Click on “Resources”
• Go to the “Cloud Files” tab
• Open the “Workspaces” folder
• You'll find all your saved documents listed there

Important Notes

• Edits are independent: Changes made in Workspace do not alter the original AI chat response.
• One workspace at a time: You can only work on one document per Workspace session. Start fresh or save before switching.
• Parameters are locked: Workspace operates using the context and parameters from the original query—it won’t pull in new data unless re-prompted.
• Saved work is personal: Only you (or authorized users, if shared) can access your saved Workspace documents.
• Content is static after export: Once exported, the document becomes a standalone file and won't reflect future changes unless re-exported.
• Keep Your Progress Safe: Remember to manually save or export your work to avoid losing progress during session timeouts or browser refreshes.
