Overview

The Attach Sources feature allows users to add and manage various types of reference materials efficiently. Users can upload documents, paste text, attach links, and integrate third-party apps for streamlined access to essential information.

How to Attach Computer Files

1. Accessing the Attachment Options

  • In the query box, click on the attachment icon.

  • Click on “ Add New Attachment”.

2. Uploading Files

  • Select File Source as “Computer Files”

  • Drag & Drop or Browse file from your computer to upload in the area.

  • Supported file formats include PDF, DOC, DOCX, EPUB, HTML, PPT, PPTX, TXT, and more. Check Here

  • Click “Continue” or add more sources as needed.
